In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Audit Court: Report on the control of the operational efficiency of the management of the European Central Bank for the financial year 2000, accompanied by the replies of the ECB (GUCE C 341, 4/12/2001); · Audit Court: Opinion no. 8/2001 on a draft regulation of the Council that defines the statute of the executive agencies charged with some tasks relating to the management of Community programmes (GUCE C 345, 6/12/2001); · Regulation (EC) no. 2382/2001 of the Council, of 4/12/2001, modifying regulation (EC) no. 1267/1999, that establishes an instrument for the structural policies of pre-membership (GUCE L 323/1, 7/12/2001).
