In the course of last week, the following legislative acts and communications were published in the Official Gazette of the European Community: · Draft regulation of the Epand the Council relating to the common Vocabulary for public contracts (OGEC C 25 E/1, 29/1/2002); · Draft regulation of the Council relating to the specific restrictive measures, against specified persons and entities, aimed at combating international terrorism (OGEC C 25 E/474, 29/1/2002); · Draft decision of the Council instituting a programme of action aimed at administrative cooperation in the sectors of external frontiers, visas, asylum and immigration (ARGO programme) (OGEC C 25 E/526); · Draft decision of the EP and of the Council instituting the European Year for education through sport in 2004 (OGEC C 25 E/531).
