Sentence of the Court in proceeding C-35/99, 19 February 2002. Prejudicial question posed by the praetor of Pinerolo (Italy) with regard to the Arduino case. The compulsory tariffs for the fees of Italian lawyers are not in conflict with the provisions of the treaty regarding competition.
