In the course of last week, the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Decisions of the Council, of 28/1/2002, relating of the principles, priorities, intermediate objectives and conditions specified in the membership terms for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia (OGEC L 44, 14/2/2002); · Regulation (EC) no. 270/2002 of the Commission, of 14/2/2002, that modifies regulation (EC) no. 999/2001 of the EP and of the Council as regards the materials at specific risk and the epidemiological monitoring of transmittable spongiform encephalopathies, and regulation (EC) no. 1326/2001 regarding animal feeds and the marketing of sheep and goats and their products (OGEC L 45/4, 15/2/2002).
