In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Common position of the Council, of 27/5/2002, concerning restrictive measures against Osama Bin Laden, members of the Al-Qaida organization and the Taliban, and other individuals, groups, businesses and bodies associated with them (OGEC L 139/4, 29/5/2002); · Common action of the Council, of 27/5/2002, relating to the financial support of the international process of negotiation aimed at the adoption of an international code of conduct against the proliferation of ballistic missiles (OGEC L 140/1, 30/5/2002).
