In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Regulation (EC) no. 1030/2002 of the Council, of 13/6/2002, instituting a uniform model for residence permits issued to citizens of third countries (OGEC L 157/1, 15/6/2002); · Council – Programme of detailed work on the “follow-up” concerning the objectives of the systems of education and training in Europe (OGEC C 142/1, 14/6/2002); · Council– Draft global plan for the campaign against clandestine immigration and the trade in human beings in the EU (OGEC C 142/23, 14/6/2002).
