The island of Malta now has an Association of parents of children at Catholic schools (APCCS). The initiative was promoted by the Education and Culture Department of the diocese of Malta to “relaunch says a communiqué issued in recent days the spirituality of the founders of Catholic schools and the values of the Christian family”. The Association explains the diocese was founded with the aim of uniting parents who have chosen to send their own children to study in Catholic schools, to encourage “their participation in the educational process and to ensure the promotion of Christian values”.
