In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Iniziative of the Kingdom of Denmark in view of the adoption of a resolution by the Council concerning the ascertainment and prosecution of war crimes, crimes against humanity and other similar crimes (OGEC C 223/19, 19/9/2002). · Decision of the Council, of 17/9/2002, concerning the nomination of members of the economic and social Committee for the period from 21 September 2002 to 20 September 2006 (OGEC L 253/9, 21/9/2002). · Draft decision of the Council instituting a trilataral social Summit for growth and employment (OGEC C 227 E/565, 24/9/2002).
