In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Draft regulation of the Council containing the financial regulation for the 9th European Development Fund (OGEC C 262/E/533, 29/10/2002); · Draft regulation of the EP and the Council establishing specific regulations for the organization of official controls on products of animal origin destined for human consumption (OGEC C 262/E/449, 29/10/2002); · Decision of the Council, of 28/10/2002, implementing article 2, paragraph 3, of Regulation (EC) no. 2580/2001 relating to specific restrictive measures, against specific persons and bodies, aimed at combating terrorism, that abrogates decision 2002/460/CE (OGEC L 295/12, 30/10/2002); · Auditing Court – Report of the independent auditor on the accounts of the Auditing Court for the 2001 financial year (OGEC C 268/1, 4/11/2002).
