In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Final adoption of the amended and supplementary budget no. 4 of the European Union for the 2002 financial year (OGEC L 303/1, 6/11/2002); · Decisions of the Council, of 5/11/2002, aimed at granting further macrofinancial aid to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Bosnia-Herzegovina (OGEC L 308/25, 9/11/2002); · Common position (EC) 59/2002, of 14/10/2002, defined by the Council, in view of the adoption of a decision by the EP and of the Council establishing the European Year of education through sport 2004 (OGEC C 275/E/70, 12/11/2002).
