In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Regulation (EC) no. 2012/2002 of the Council, of 11/11/2002, which establishes the Solidarity Fund of the European Union (OGEC L 311/3, 14/11/2002); · Decision of the Commission, of 29/10/2002, which approves the plan of distribution between member states of the resources to be allocated to the financial year 2003 for the provision of food supplies from stockpiles in favour of the poor in the Community (OGEC L 313/26, 16/11/2002).
