In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: Draft Regulation of the Council regarding the control of concentrations between businesses (“Community Regulation on Concentrations”) (OGEC C 20/4, 28/1/03); Draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the precursors of drugs (OGEC C 20E/160, 28/1/03); Draft Decision of the Council on the signing by the European Community of the Convention of the Council of Europe on personal relationships concerning those under age (OGEC 20E/369, 28/1/03); Regulation (EC) no. 150/2003 of the Council, of 21 January 2003, suspending customs dues applicable to some weapons and equipment for military use (OGEC L 25/1, 30/1/03);
