UK: a week dedicated to dialogue” “

From London to Birmingham to Dundee in Scotland: a week is being dedicated to inter-religious dialogue. Organized by the Federation of Student Islamic Societies in the UK and Ireland, the week of dialogue from 15 to 19 March is called “Let Us Believe” and consists in a series of seminars on Islamic-Christian and inter-religious dialogue in five of the largest universities in the UK. The speakers will include Shaikh Shabir Ally, Canadian Moslem and author of many publications on Islam and comparative religion, and a Christian, the Rev. Lewis Scudder, he too the author of various articles, and currently member of the Council of the Churches of the Middle East in Cyprus. Some of the titles of the seminars: “The Sons of Abraham: are we really brothers?”, “Monotheism? Your Lord and my Lord are one”, “Virgin Birth”, and “the Straight and Narrow Path”.
