A group of young Catholics has been meeting regularly in a pub in the centre of Glasgow over the last four years to speak about and share their faith. News of the pub meetings is carried in the May number of Flourish, the monthly of the archbishopric of Glasgow. “Each Monday in the month explains one of the promoters of the initiative, Ailish Glen we meet together in the pub to share issues linked to our faith. In a relaxing atmosphere we also organize pilgrimages, retreats and vigils. Whereas before we usually invited someone to speak to us about current affairs, we now prefer to concentrate on the things that most directly touch on our faith”. The next meeting of the group is planned for 7 June at 19.30 local time.
