The events marking World AIDS Day, the international day of action on HIV and AIDS (1st December), will include the award ceremony “ Night of the HIV/AIDS TV Commercials , during which the European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection Markos Kyprianou will present a prize for 40,000 euros to the “best videoclip of awareness-raising against HIV/AIDS in the EU”.
