In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into forcei: · Audit Court – Special Report no. 2/2002 relating to the Socrates and Youth for Europe EU programmes of action, accompanied by the Commission’s replies (OGEC C 136/1, 7/6/2002); · Regulation (EC) no. 988/2002 of the Council, of 3/6/2002, that modifies Regulation (EEC) no. 3677/90 containing measures aimed at discouraging the diversion of some substances towards the illicit manufacture of drugs or psychotropic substances (OGEC L 151/1, 11/6/2002).
