In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Regulation (EC) no. 733/2002 of the EP and the Council, of 22/4/2002, relating to the implementation of the first-level dominion .eu (OGEC L 113/1, 30/4/2002); · Regulation (EC) no. 743/2002 of the Council, of 25/4/2002, establishing a general Community framework of activities to facilitate judicial cooperation in civil proceedings (OGEC L 115/1, 1/5/2002); · Common position of the Council, of 2/5/2002, updating common position 2001/931/PESC relating to the application of specific measures for the campaign against terrorism (OGEC L 116/75, 3/5/2002).
