In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Decision no. 9/2002 of the Council of Ministers ACP-EC, of 20/12/2001, that adopts the internal regulation of the ACP-EC Committee of cooperation for the financing of development (OGEC L 50/60, 21/2/2002); · Decision no.10/2002 of the Committee of ACP-EC Ambassadors, of 20/12/2001, on the utilization of the unallocated resources of the 8th European Development Fund (OGEC L 50/62, 21/2/2002); · Opinion of the Council of 14/2/2002 on the questions linked to education and training in the draft decision of the Council relating to guidelines for the policies of member states in favour of employment for 2002 (OGEC C 47/1, 21/2/2002).
