In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Accord of cooperation between the European Atomic Energy Commission and the Council of Ministers of the Ukraine in the sector of nuclear safety (OGEC L 322/33, 27/11/2002); · Decision of the Commission, of 26 November 2002, conferring on executive agencies the administration of aid for pre-membership measures in favour of agriculture and rural development to be implemented in Hungary in the period preceding EU membership (OGEC L 322/51, 27/11/2002); · Auditing Court Report on activities of the sixth, seventh and eighth European Development Fund accompanied with the replies of the institutions (OGEC C 295/289, 28/11/2002); · Directive 2002/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 5 November 2002, amending the directives concerning maritime safety and prevention of pollution caused by ships (OGEC L 324/53, 29/11/2002); · Common position (EC) no. 62/2002, of 5 November 2002, defined by the Council, in conformity with the procedure specified in article 251 of the treaty establishing the European Community, with a view to the adoption of the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the activities and supervision of company or professional pension funds (OGEC C 299 E/16, 3/12/2002).
