In the course of last week the following legislative acts and communications, among others, came into force: · Decision no. 1145/2002/CE of the EP and the Council, of 10/6/2002, relating to EU measures to provide incentives in the employment sector and related Declaration of the Commission (OGEC L 170/1, 29/6/2002); · Recommendation of the Council of 13/6/2002 relating to cooperation between the national authorities of member states competent in matters of private security (OGEC C 153/1, 27/6/2002); · Decision of the Council, of 13/6/2002, relating to the establishment of a European network of points of contact regarding persons responsible for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes (OGEC L 167/1, 26/6/2002).
