Istanbul: the Lutheran Federation meets Bartholomew I” “

The general secretary of the World Lutheran Federation Ishmael Noko met His Holiness the ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I in Istanbul on 28 January to “reinforce – explained Noko – relations with out Orthodox brothers and sisters”. “The dialogue between us – added the representative of the Lutheran Federation – has already clearly demonstrated that we are united on many things of our common faith”.
