“What’s your image of diversity?” is the motto of a competition being held by the European campaign “For Diversity. Against Discrimination”. Its aim is to increase the awareness of the participants in the multifarious forms of diversity we observe in daily life. The competition forms part of the various projects of the European Commission for work, social affairs and equal opportunities, aimed at the elimination of forms of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, origin, religion, age, disability or sexual orientation. Those wishing to take part in the competition are invited to use their cell phone to take a photo of what they consider a creative representation of diversity and to send it with an mms or an e-mail to the address . A selection of the best images will be published on the website of the European campaign against discrimination. The winner, whose name will be announced at the end of August, will be awarded a journey for two to Berlin.
