"I hope women will have a growing role within the Church. Of course they will never be able to wear priest’s robes, but their contribution is undoubtedly fundamental". This was stated by Monsignor Leonard Paul Blair, Bishop of Toledo (Ohio) in the United States, during the catechesis entitled "In search of truth, the deepest meaning of human existence", held in the parish of Saint Theodeor in Cologne. In a church full of young people of different nationalities(from the USA, Canada, Australia, Tanzania among others), the bishop several times invited those present to follow Christ: "You have been called to seek and find Christ. Do not let days pass by uselessly, without seeking him in truth. He will answer your sincere requests".
