” ” Today, Benedict XVI appointed apostolic nuncio to the Arab Republic of Egypt and delegate to the Organisation of the League of Arab States, monsignor Michael Louis Fitzgerald, titular archbishop of Nepte, who so far had been the president of the Papal Council for Interreligious Dialogue.
