Food and water were delivered yesterday in Nablus, which for days has been cut off from the rest of Cisjordan by the Israeli military raids. Add to this the collapse of economy and employment. As everybody knows, the European Union stopped funding the Palestinians until a mechanism is developed to override the Hamas-led Government, which has been included in the list of terrorist parties.
