Giving "political, economical, and cultural questions a new look, starting from the first encyclical of Benedict XVI, "Deus Caritas Est": it will be the basic objective of the meeting which is starting tomorrow in the Vatican, explained Glendon. Apart from the representatives of the papal ministries, a series of authoritative academicians and experts in the economical and cultural fields will take part in the meeting, including Nobel Prize Henry Kissinger. In a globalized world, said Msgr. Marcelo Sanchez Sorondo, chancellor of the Papal Academy of Sciences, and of the Papal Academy of Social Sciences, "justice is the primary virtue, embracing all the others. When justice is missing, it is difficult to get peace". According to Juan José Lach, too, organizer of the meeting and advisor of the Papal Academy of Social Sciences, "peace is the key word in the teaching of the Church, but to obtain it, it is necessary to respond to economic and social challenges".
