The highlight of the EU institutions will be held in the German capital and is the summit of the heads of state and government (24-25 March) in which they will disclose a "Declaration on the future of Europe". In Rome, the Commission of the EU Bishops Conferences (Comece) has organised (23-25 March) the European congress, "Values and prospects for the Europe of tomorrow".
