Negotiations are in full swing in the corridors of the European Parliament in Strasbourg to save the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Bucharest, a historical and architectural monument endangered by the "illegal building", just 8 metres away, of a huge skyscraper with 20 storeys and 4 underground floors.
