A "public online survey" to contribute to outlining the EU’s youth policy. It was launched by the EU Commission, which is going to revise the guidelines and goals of the EU’s action in this sphere. "Over the next few months, it will lead to new goals for the next decade". The survey, explains the Executive in a note, will take place through a questionnaire and "will cover education, employment, discrimination, social inclusion and volunteering". The European political decision-makers "will take into account the results of the survey in the attempt to develop effective measures to help the young fit in with society, find employment, improve their general wellbeing and be socially committed as citizens". The questionnaire can be filled in by individuals, schools, associations and "organisations dealing with the future of the young within the 27 EU member states", plus Turkey, Croatia, FYROM, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.
