” “"Promoting children’s rights" and "protecting children from all forms of violence": these are the two main goals of the three-year plan of the Council of Europe, called "Building Europe for and with children". The plan is to be re-launched in Strasbourg today with two different events. In the morning, the CoE and Unicef signed a common statement to "increase cooperation" in this area. In the afternoon, during the Parliamentary assembly, lasting until Friday, the CdE will ask all the states of the continent "to spare no efforts to improve children’s life, based on the conclusions of the UN report on violence" against children.
