The media should give more coverage to Europe, making the countries better known" and "making the nature and operation of the European institutions better known. The teachers should include the European dimension in their lessons. The different players of the cultural world should multiply the trans-national exchanges. All the persons in charge of society should reflect the European perspective in their actions".
