After walking (11.30 am) to the residence of the archbishop of New York, at 12 he will have lunch with the bishops of the archdiocese of New York and the Pope’s retinue. In the afternoon (4.30 pm), he will meet the young and the seminarians of St. Joseph’s Seminary in New York, where at 5 pm he will give a speech. On Sunday 20th April, after driving (9.10 am) from the Pope’s residence to "Ground Zero" in New York, the Pope will visit and will pray (9.30 am) on the place where the Twin Towers attack took place on September 11th, 2001. At 2.30 pm, Mass in the Yankee Stadium in New York, with Benedict XVI’s homily. In the afternoon, some rest in the Pope’s residence, from where at 7 pm the Pope will go to the heliport in Wall Street where he will arrive at 7.20 pm to fly to the airport by helicopter: at 8 pm, he will arrive at John Fitzgerald Kennedy airport for the leaving ceremony, where the Holy Father will give his last speech of his eighth apostolic journey outside Italy. At 8.30 pm, the Pope’s plane will leave the airport of New York and will arrive at Ciampino the day after, 21st April (10.45 am).
