Nikiforos Diamandouros, European mediator, presents in Brussels his "2007 Yearly Report" which outlines a summary of the cases of bad governance by the EU institutions and the complaints filed by the citizens, the businesses and the associations of the EU countries. Now, the report will have to be reviewed by Parliament in Strasbourg, Before discussing his work, the Greek jurist explains: "2007 was an important year for the citizens’ right to good governance. On December 12th, the Charter of Fundamental Rights was proclaimed" by the EU top executives.
