The Minister of Labour is asked to keep family into account "in every public policy". Obviously, requests have also been made by the Spanish Family Forum to the Prime Minister, Zapatero: first of all, to "put an end to the total lack of dialogue and attention to the family-support organisations which was typical of his government in the last term". In addition, the Family Forum asks the new government to promote "a democratic agreement for Education whereby the main political parties might join forces with the organisations that represent the family, education and teaching".
